Well, not really...

But this week is "90's Request" and Radio 3FM, which is a Dutch station. And they are making a big "Top 100 of the '90's" list. And I wanted to do the same, but not from the '90's. But from 1980-1989!

This contest would also be a big list of songs etc, from the best hits from the '80's. But since it require some work for it, I wanted to know if I could find people that would send in their top-10 list. And If you know any friends who would like to do the same.

So, no contest yet, but let me know if you like the idea and you would, with your friends, send in your top-10 if I start this project.

I'm a little bit sleepy, so I'll update or whatever to make it more clear tomorrow.

Well, not that anyone missed me.
But I'm back.

I almost finished writing the story for my 50th poem, which is a song. Got the lyrics down, now I only need the chords for my guitar. ^_^

Well, I have some good and some bad news.

First the good news, I have a mic! Now I can record my guitar and I must say it sounds great, well not my guitar playing but just the sound quality. v_v

Second it's Good nor Bad. I entered the WFA hope Contest (which you guys would know if you read my stuff) and the deadline is today, so I hope for the best.

Now the bad news: My computer leaves me tomorrow. It will be out for repairs again, which can take up to 30 workdays, so 6 weeks. But I'll probably have an other one for all (yes, very much ) my schoolwork. But as long I have a pen, some paper, my Rhyming Dictionary and my music for inspiration I'll be set.

Well, as you might have read, I'm gonna start a songwriting contest. ^_^
The competitors: Me, Myself and I.

From now on, I'm gonna write a poem or song everyday for at least one month. Yes you heard me, 31 poems/songs in one month. I want to do this so I practice my songwriting more. I don't expect to see good poems/songs everyday. But maybe I can come up with some nice ideas.

But, I can´t do it on my own. So if you have a subject for a poem-song for me, tell me! Just place a comment with a reasonable subject. (a balloon popping in outer space by a bee who was drunk isn't really reasonable, is it? )

So wish me luck, and any help or comments on the poems will be appreciated.

Everything has an ending. If it's a life or just a simple contest, it has to end somewhere. After written 30 poems also this contest ends. I think that there are some good quality poems but there is always room for improvement, and I will do that soon. And feel free to tell me which poems/songs you liked the most.
